Website or Crapsite?

Creating websites has become a trend for everyone. But just creating a website isn't enough. I have seen many websites that have sloppy color schemes, and unnecessary graphics. It so happens that, a website takes ages to load, and i find nothing but bloated graphics in it.

There are points to consider before starting the creation of a website,
  1. Decide a color scheme : A color scheme is very important. The colors of all the elements of your website should blend in with the color scheme. Usually, websites with shades of light blue or gray look sleek and professional. Make sure no other element just doesn't blend as you've used a dark red color for it while the rest are light blue.
  2. Don't overdo the navigation : Navigation should be simple. Don't overdo it by adding stylish animated graphics when not necessary.
  3. Don't use excess graphics : Its really nice to have a good header, a good cover art, but don't junk your website with graphics. It makes it longer to load and you would just be losing many impatient visitors per day.
  4. Decide the contents : Its better to decide the contents beforehand and even write some of them before you publish your website. When you publish your website, the content is available to everyone. Its better than publishing your website first and wondering what to do next.
If you are an internet marketer and looking for a web designing tool which would clearly serve your purpose, then i would recommend Xsite Pro
